Case Study One  

Lead Generation for a Digital Marketing Agency

 

Challenge: With the ever saturated market of digital marketing agencies, it was necessary to find ways to reach the ideal customer profile who were not aware of the need to use digital services to expand their business.

 

Solution: We decided to build data driven lead generation strategies using the data we had collected of businesses over the years and our teams expertise to generate leads from the Digital marketing agency's ideal customer profile.

 

Results: We were able to create a consistent pipeline of leads that were added directly into the Digital Marketing Agencies CRM and also delivering appointments to the business development and sales representatives inbox/calendar.

Case Study Two 

Email Campaigns for Fintech Event

 

Challenge: A Fintech startup was looking for a solution to onboard new SMEs to its platform to enable bulk payments to the SMEs employees and to manage payments from the SMEs customers. They had little access to data of businesses in Kenya.

 

Solution: Our solution was to use the vast amount of data we had collected of SMEs in Kenya and to contact them to invite them to an online webinar to hear more about the solution from the Fintech and to possibly onboard once qualified.

 

Results: We were able to increase the client base of the Fintech by 37% from the number of SMEs they had when we started working with them.

Case Study 3.    

Survey Campaign on SME Pulse in Africa Post Covid-19

 

Challenge: We started off with a brief from our Market research partner to complete 400 surveys from SMEs in 4 different markets

 

Solution: At the beginning all seemed straightforward until we realised we have little time left to complete the surveys. We moved to one survey campaign platform and the availability of immediate daily reports allowed us to chart a clear path to success.

 

Results: At the end after lots of learning we eventaully completed 423 surveys from the 4 markets with each market having at least 100 surveys completed. This allowed the market research firm to complete an analytical report of the SME climate in those 4 countries and to release a shareable pdf that was presented at a scheduled webinar and after made available to those interested.
